What is the Role of Religion in Civic Life?

Our first Community Conversation of this academic year will feature a 40-minute dialogue between Rabbi Lisa Vinikoor of Beth Israel Congregation, Bath; Zach Heiden, chief counsel at the Maine ACLU; and Pastor Craig Riportella of Centerpoint Community Church in Waterville. This will be followed by a Q&A session, and then we will invite community members and college students into breakout rooms for discussion.
