Session Description:

Join Rabbi Carolyn Braun (Beth El, Portland) and Rabbi Lily Solochek (Adas Yoshuron, Rockland) for a program to prepare you for the High Holidays. Many of us show up on the High Holidays feeling like we are about to take a test for which we forgot to study!  Through texts and discussion, Rabbis Solochek and Braun hope to begin the process of Cheshbon HaNefesh, taking account of our souls, as we ponder what is preventing us from being the humans we wish to be.
